Air Force Junior Reserve Training Corps (AFJROTC) was founded under Public Law 88-647, called the ROTC Vitalization Act of 1964. SC-932 at James F. Byrnes High School was established in July 1993. The designation SC-932 indicates that our unit was the second AFJROTC program approved for South Carolina in 1993.

SC-932 Announcements
- Uniform this week is Class A on Thursday, 13 November.
- PT this week will be Dodgeball
- Pass-In-Review will be on Thursday, 13 November from 1000-1100 at Nixon Field. For upperclassmen, report to the JROTC wing at 0920. For Freshman, report to your JROTC class at 0915.
- The JLAB Academic Bowl Team will meet during FLEX on Wednesday, 12 November and Tuesday, 18 November at both BFA and BHS. Thursday, 13 November at 0710 in hanger 2. Wednesday, 19 November from 1545-1700.
- If parents want to go to Pass-In-Review, they can park in the Junior lot, the baseball lot, or the teacher parking by the Junior lot.
- Marksmanship will meet both Monday 17, and Tuesday 18 November from 1545-1730.
