AFJROTC Drill Team (Meets at BFA in room A14 Wed, & Thu from 3:45 - 5:00 PM)

- A team that competes against other high schools in drill routines involving flights, elements, and even individual competitions.

* Honor Guard

- A team of individuals chosen for standing out in their performance on the drill team during practice and competitions. The Honor Guard presents the American flag, State flag and sometimes the Air Force flag guarded by two rifles at sporting events and some special events.

*Sabre Team

- A team of individuals also chosen for excelling on the drill team. The Sabre Team performs at homecoming and the Military Ball.

Model Rocketry (Meets at BHS  in Hangar 2 Tuesday from 3:45 - 5:00 PM)

- A club centered on building model airplanes, while also building rockets and launching them on the field and fly simulators and Radio Controlled aircraft.

Marksmanship Team (Meets at BHS in Hangar 2 Monday from 3:45 - 5:00 PM)

- The Byrnes High School Varsity Marksmanship team competes against teams nationwide.

Stellar Explorers (Meets at BHS in Hangar 2 Wednesday from 7:05 - 7:50 AM)

- A team designed to compete in simulating the launch of rockets with USAF and NASA programming technology.

Academic Team (Meets at BHS in Hangar 1 Wednesday from 3:45 - 5:00 PM)

- The AFJROTC team for Byrnes High School tasked with competing academically against other schools.

Raider Team (Meets at BHS in Hangar 3 Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 7:05 - 7:50 AM)

CyberPatriot (Meets at BHS in Hangar 2 Wednesday from 7:05 - 7:50 AM)
