Recruiting: Go to all four middle schools and give our recruiting presentation to all rising 9th graders.
Retention: Retain a minimum of 65% of cadets for the following year.
School Impact: Support a minimum of 8 school-wide activities to support operations and student-body participation in events
Community Service: Achieve an average of 18.0 hours or more of community service per cadet.
Community Impact: Participate in 7 community-wide public events to support our community.
Service Participation: Have at least 70% of cadets participate in at least 3 community service events.
Community Impact:
Academic: Have 90% of cadets passing all of their classes.
Fitness: Have 65% of cadets passing the PFT with a score of at least 50.
Participation: Develop an additional LDR-related competition to enable more competition between JROTC units.
Participation: Have at least 50% of cadets participate in at least one LDR.
